    High-quality prints from cell phone pictures

    I've ordered prints from this company twice now, and both times I used photos taken on my phone. The first time, I messed up the upload, but I got a heads up about the low quality of the original image, so I fixed it by editing the picture to up the pixel size. That let me order lots of prints in black and white and color. And when they arrived, they were stunning - super sharp details and vivid colors. I really suggest this service for anyone wanting to make their cell phone pics look amazing.

    Champagne, scones, chocolate brownie

    The champagne was just gross, like vinegar. The scones were super hard and the chocolate brownie was so nasty, it went straight in the garbage. I was so disappointed and angry, spending my money on food that tasted so awful. I'm never coming back here again!

    I've just had a problem with my standing order from this company because the courier sent it back for some reason. I've been trying to get in touch with the company for a refund, but no luck. It's been really frustrating not being able to reach anyone for help. If you're thinking of ordering from them, just keep this in mind.

    Used camera case

    I ordered a used camera case from Henry's, thinking I was scoring a good deal. But when it arrived, it was all scratched up and not working properly at all. The receipt didn't even match what I thought I paid for, which made me wonder if they sent me the wrong thing altogether. On top of all that, it took more than two weeks just to process my order, and I had to bug customer service multiple times to get any answers. The only silver lining was the customer service reps themselves, even though they were pretty slow to respond. It seems like Henry's is just trying to unload their shoddy goods by slapping a "used" label on them and tricking unsuspecting customers like me.

    Ticket purchase experience

    The experience of buying tickets was pretty good overall, but there are a couple things that could be better. First off, it was a bit tricky to add another person to my booking, which was kind of annoying. And then there were some differences in what I was seeing on my phone versus my laptop, which got me all mixed up. But, even with those hiccups, the service itself was top-notch with lots of cool features. I really liked being able to slap that QR code into my Apple wallet with no trouble, and it was super easy to email tickets and use Paypal to pay.

    Ceramic knife set

    My experience with this brand was so frustrating. It felt like every single part of it was just trying to make my life harder. First, they kept asking me for videos and all these pointless questions that had nothing to do with what I bought. It just felt like a big waste of my time and energy, especially since I like things to be quick and easy.
