So, you know, I placed an order for some hair gummies on November 28th. I found this amazing promo code in an email that said I could get $100 off because I've been such a loyal customer. The email mentioned the code would expire on the 29th and couldn't be used on previous orders, so I made sure to follow the rules. The code worked, and I got a confirmation email saying my order went through.
When I tried to check on my order on December 8th, they were super busy fulfilling orders, so I had to wait. Then after four inquiries on December 23rd, they informed me that my order was cancelled because they reached their order limit of 10,000. But why confirm it if they were just going to cancel it? I'm not really interested in ordering from them again, even though they offered me another promo code.
