ServiceI just bought some hair vitamins from this company and I have to say, I am really disappointed with the customer service. When I ordered, they gave me a tracking number that didn't even work. I tried to contact them through email and Messenger several times, but they just kept ignoring me. It's frustrating to not get any updates on my order and not know when it will arrive. I think this kind of bad customer service is totally unacceptable.
