I recently made my first purchase from this company, and I have to say, I was really impressed with how they treated me as a customer. The ordering process was a bit tough for me, but the team went out of their way to help me. They were super patient and quick to answer all my questions, even sending me detailed screenshots to help me out. To top it off, they offered faster shipping and a free product to make up for the trouble. I am really grateful for all the hard work and care they put into making sure I had a good shopping experience. I'll definitely be coming back to shop with them again in the future.

Software purchase
Review about: NUANCE
The software is actually pretty solid, but the way the company behind it operates is pretty shady and dishonest. I bought the software and at first, it was all good. But then out of nowhere, they started charging me for subscriptions I never signed up for. I tried reaching out to them to fix it, but they never bothered to get back to me. That's just not cool at all. As a customer, I think companies should be upfront and truthful, but unfortunately, Nuance dropped the ball on that one.

Light bearing holster for Prodigy 1911

The holster I got for my Prodigy 1911 was such a good deal. The fit and finish are top-notch, and it works perfectly with my Surefire X300. The added claw has lots of different adjustments, making it super easy to use. Plus, I got it on sale and they threw in a free holster mount, which was an awesome bonus. Overall, I'm really happy with my purchase and would definitely think about ordering from this company again down the road.

3 sweaters purchased

I ordered 3 sweaters before Christmas, and only 2 of them showed up. Turns out, the missing one is out of stock and won't be back for another 2 weeks. Customer service was really unhelpful and didn't even give me a heads up about the issue. Now I'm stuck without a Christmas gift and running out of time to find a replacement.
