I just picked up this awesome nail drill and UV lamp and let me tell you, they are incredible! The UV lamp speeds up the drying process for my nails and the nail drill makes shaping them a breeze. I did run into a small problem with the converter for the UV lamp, but the customer service team was so kind and helped me get it sorted in no time. They were really helpful and made sure I had everything sorted out. I would totally suggest these products to anyone looking to do their nails at home!

I bought some stuff not long ago and I was really happy with how good they were. But then I had to deal with their customer service to get a refund and it was just awful. They owe me almost $100 for a whole month now. I've sent a bunch of emails but haven't heard back from them at all.

I just bought a brush set that was supposed to come with free shipping to the U.K. But when I got my order, I was shocked to see that the courier was charging me extra for taxes and duties related to international shipping. This has never happened with my orders from the U.S. before, so it was really disappointing to have to fork over an extra £22.25 on top of what I already paid.

I bought some hand sanitizer from your company, and when I opened it up, I noticed it had a really bad smell. Then, when I touched it with my finger, my mouth and tongue started burning right away. I didn't eat any of it, but the reaction was really strong. I'm worried that the sanitizer might be toxic, so I told the FDA about it. The smell from the sanitizer has hung around for hours, even after I put it away in the garage.
