Bought some awesome toys
I grabbed some really awesome toys for my hubby and me. They work amazing and are top-notch quality! I only had to reach out to customer service once and they were really friendly and quick to reply. These toys offer so many different options, they're seriously the best! Even the extra stuff, like the cleaner, is top-notch. I'll definitely continue buying from them and recommend all my buddies to do the same.

Hoodie and work pants
I can't believe how terrible the customer service was from this company. I've never been treated so poorly by any other store. I ordered a hoodie and some work pants, and when I tried to return them, it was a total nightmare. They wouldn't give me a return label or tell me where to send my stuff back. They kept saying they would send the label, but it never happened. On top of that, it was hard to understand them on the phone because of their accents. Dealing with them was a total disaster. My credit card company had to step in to fix things, but it was painfully slow. Honestly, if I could, I would give them zero stars.

Two separate orders
So, I ordered a couple things from this store recently, and wow, it was a total nightmare. I've been a customer for like 20 years, but after this mess, I don't know if I can keep supporting them. The trouble started when the stuff I bought didn't fit right, and since I'm an RVCA insider, I should've gotten free shipping and returns - but randomly they decided to tack on a $7.00 handling fee for returns without telling anyone. When I asked if they could at least bundle the shipping to save me some cash, they said a hard no. Zero compassion, no understanding, just all about the money. And get this - they even admitted they just changed the rules without warning, shady much? I was so annoyed and let down by their lack of care for customers. Needless to say, I won't be shopping there again.
