Also, it bugged me that I couldn’t find any contact info for the company, like where they're based or a phone number. And get this – while installing, the software messed with a security update for Windows, which was not cool and caused me some extra trouble. All in all, my time with this software and company has left me feeling pretty doubtful and suspicious about whether they're on the up and up.
