Clothing purchase
The clothes I bought were really amazing, I have to say. The little details and the overall look of the clothes really blew me away. But, when it came time for a refund, I had some problems that didn't sit well with me. The customer service I dealt with was not great, they weren't very efficient or good at communicating. So even though I love the clothes, the whole experience was kind of disappointing.

Unresponsive customer service
I bought some jeans from this company and had a really bad experience with their customer service. I tried reaching out a bunch of times about getting a refund, but no one has gotten back to me. It's been months now and it's pretty worrying that they haven't said anything.
