Vape pen
I was really looking forward to trying out that vape because I heard it had great flavor and looked awesome, but man was I disappointed. It only took two meh puffs before it overheated and I had to wait forever for it to cool down. What a waste of time. I'm actually glad they shut down.
2 grams jet fuel and 20 grams honey shatter
Let me tell you, these guys really take care of their customers. I just got my order, and it had 2 grams of jet fuel and 20 grams of honey shatter. And get this - they sent me my old order too, so I ended up with two for the price of one! What a score. Their products are top quality and strong, and I'm super happy with my experience. I definitely suggest checking them out if you want top-notch stuff and awesome customer service.
Faulty vape
After I bought the vape, I only had it for two weeks before a big problem came up. I put it in to charge, and a couple hours later, I smelled something burning. When I checked, I saw that the cable that connects to the vape had melted. It was a scary situation, and I'm glad my house didn't catch fire because of it. It's really frustrating to have a product stop working so soon, especially when it was doing great before.
High-end pens
I bought some fancy pens from this company not too long ago, eh? I paid $275 back in June, but it's now August and I still haven't received my order, eh? And the worst part is, they're not responding to my messages at all. My account on their website says my order is on hold, but they haven't told me why. I have proof that I paid and got a confirmation, but they haven't sent me anything yet or given me my money back. I like getting good service fast and clear, so this whole thing has been a letdown, eh?
Got a thingy that didn't work
I couldn't get that thing to work, dude. I spent a whole month trying to figure it out with no luck. I asked for help but no one got back to me! Now I'm out of pocket and feeling pretty discouraged.
vaporizer
The vaporizer works pretty good, but there are definitely some areas that could use improvement. The mouthpiece doesn't fit snugly, so it feels a bit flimsy. Also, the dry herb containers are way too small and you really have to pull hard to get good airflow. I wouldn't suggest this vaporizer for someone who needs it for medical reasons because the small containers and hassle of using it would probably be a turn-off for them.
Unanswered customer support
It's been well over a month now and I haven't heard a peep from customer service about my order. And to make matters worse, the vape I ordered hasn't shown up either. It's super annoying to be kept in the unknown like this with no updates or fixes to my issue. I was hoping for way better service and communication.
Herbal Vaporizer Purchase
This herbal vaporizer is awesome for enjoying herbs cleanly. You can adjust the temperature to get different effects, which is pretty cool. But a few times, my herb ended up catching fire inside and it felt pretty gross in my throat. It might be because it needs a good cleaning or maybe I'm drawing too hard on it. My Mv1 vaporizer really changed the game for me in terms of getting the most out of my herb. It's so efficient and can handle even the toughest stuff, giving me and my buddies a super classic high. The lack of communication and customer service in this situation was discouraging, and now I'm thinking twice about buying from your store again.
