I'm super bummed about how my package was shipped. I reached out to their customer service team through chat and email, and at first, they were quick to respond. But then, they went radio silent. I eventually went ahead and made the order, only to find out it was shipped out on the same day. And to top it off, they sent it via first class instead of priority like they said. It's frustrating when a company says they'll do one thing and then does something completely different.
