Quick shipping disappointment
I'm super bummed about how my package was shipped. I reached out to their customer service team through chat and email, and at first, they were quick to respond. But then, they went radio silent. I eventually went ahead and made the order, only to find out it was shipped out on the same day. And to top it off, they sent it via first class instead of priority like they said. It's frustrating when a company says they'll do one thing and then does something completely different.
Vaporizer
I was really let down after buying the vaporizer. I had seen a lot of good reviews, but when I tried it out, the clouds were weak and the taste wasn't great. I switched from another brand hoping for a better vaping experience, but this product didn't deliver. On top of that, I had problems with the battery not charging properly, even after trying different power adapters and leaving it to charge all night. The battery never showed as fully charged, which is frustrating given how much I paid for it. Now I'm stuck with a device that seems to be faulty and doesn't perform like it should. I'm pretty bummed about how this purchase turned out.
Vape product purchase

Dry herb vaporizer MV1
The MV1 dry herb vaporizer is really something else, let me tell you. It did take me a bit to get the hang of how it works, but with a little help from my friends, I got it sorted out. The flavour you get from the MV1 is just fantastic, making vaping a real treat. But I gotta say, the battery life takes forever to charge, and I think they should throw in a fast charger. Besides that, I'm pretty happy with my MV1, although I do wish they had more extras like a waterpipe adapter available.
