I bought some fancy pens from this company not too long ago, eh? I paid $275 back in June, but it's now August and I still haven't received my order, eh? And the worst part is, they're not responding to my messages at all. My account on their website says my order is on hold, but they haven't told me why. I have proof that I paid and got a confirmation, but they haven't sent me anything yet or given me my money back. I like getting good service fast and clear, so this whole thing has been a letdown, eh?

I couldn't get that thing to work, dude. I spent a whole month trying to figure it out with no luck. I asked for help but no one got back to me! Now I'm out of pocket and feeling pretty discouraged.

The charging port on my device fell inside the casing after only a month of use, making it completely useless. I'm really let down by the lack of communication and the low quality of the product. I'm super bummed about how my package was shipped. I reached out to their customer service team through chat and email, and at first, they were quick to respond. But then, they went radio silent. I eventually went ahead and made the order, only to find out it was shipped out on the same day. And to top it off, they sent it via first class instead of priority like they said.
