Replacement button request
I had amazing customer service from Frame recently. I bought a pair of jeans from another store and had a problem with a button, so I contacted Frame for help. Even though they usually don't deal with these issues, the Frame team really went out of their way to assist me. They not only found replacement buttons for me but also sent them from the US to the UK with a courier, and didn't charge me extra. The whole process, although it took a few weeks, was smooth and quick. I want to give a big shoutout to Victoria at FRAME Client Services for her exceptional help.
Jeans doesn't fit
I ordered a pair of jeans, but they didn't fit properly, so I wanted to return them, but the customer service was terrible! I tried to reach out for more than a week, but they were not helpful at all. Now I have these jeans that I can't wear, and it's really frustrating. 🥺
Jeans
I was pretty disappointed with the company I bought jeans from online. The sales and customer service were lacking, and the website was kinda tricky to navigate because it was linked to this app. I tried to cancel my order right after I placed it, but it took a whole day for them to get back to me. They said they couldn't cancel it even though there was a cancel option on the website. They said they were gonna check with the warehouse, but it was closed for the weekend, which seemed fishy because how could they ship my order if no one was there to work on it? They ended up shipping the item I wanted to cancel anyways. Overall, the whole thing was super frustrating with terrible customer service and no help whatsoever when I tried to cancel my order.
Online purchase
Hey, so like, if you don't wanna waste time forever and deal with sketchy customer service, definitely steer clear of this place. I ordered something online and they told me it was shipped, only to find out it was still chillin' in their warehouse. They had the nerve to charge my card without even sending my stuff! When I called them out on it, they tried to blame FedEx for not updating their system for ages. So bogus. Even the FedEx dude was shocked and offered to sort things out with Frame Denim. But get this - they didn't even have a customer service number anymore. Do yourself a favor and avoid this whole mess. Stick with reliable spots like Neimans, Nordies, or SAKS.
Frame jeans hole after wash
Yeah, so I splurged on these fancy pants for like $300 and you won't believe it - they got a huge hole in them after just a couple washes! Like, who knew pants could be so delicate, right? I contacted the company higher-ups and they had the audacity to say it's normal for holes to happen. Can you imagine? Such a rip-off!
Corduroy trousers purchase
I recently got a new set of corduroy pants and honestly, they were the worst quality I've ever come across. The color completely faded after only a few washes and the fabric felt like it was disintegrating. I couldn't believe how disappointed I was with the quality, they didn't even last a couple of months before I had to toss them in the trash. It's obvious they used cheap materials and didn't care much about how they were made. I have other corduroy pants from different brands and none of them wore out as fast as these ones did.
Jeans
I just bought a pair of jeans from this company and they were terrible. The fit was all wrong and the material was really cheap. When I tried to get a refund from customer service, they were no help at all and brushed me off. My whole experience with this company was a letdown.
Awesome Christmas jeans
I got these super cute Christmas jeans from this store I saw online. I thought they'd be perfect for the holidays, but they never even shipped them to me! I was waiting and waiting, but nothing. I talked to their customer service, and they were nice at least, but still, not cool. I wouldn't shop here again.
Delayed delivery and poor communication
I had the same experience as a lot of folks with my delivery being late and not hearing anything. They took the money right away, but it's been over two weeks and still no sign of my order or any updates. I've sent a bunch of emails, but no one got back to me for more than a week. Not having a phone number for customer service was a pain and made it tough to get help.

Expensive pants
I got these really pricey pants and wore them a few times when suddenly they got all messed up. I decided to contact them to see if they could fix or replace them, but they claimed it was just regular wear and tear and refused to help! Can you believe it? Black and blue jeans from the company's website
I bought a pair of black and blue jeans from the company's website after trying them on at a store in London. Sadly, the black jeans I got were way too big compared to the blue ones, even though they were both the same size. After wearing them just once, the black jeans stretched out so much that I couldn't wear them anymore. I couldn't return them because I was away during the return period. The customer service response I got wasn't very helpful - they just suggested I get the jeans tailored or order multiple sizes for free returns, which didn't really solve the issue of the size difference between the two pairs.
Expensive denim shorts
I spent a lot of money on these denim shorts, but they fell apart after only a few times in the wash. The pocket placement caused the fabric to split, which was a major design flaw. What's even worse is that the company doesn't offer any kind of warranty. I think I'll just stick with brands like Mother jeans that have a one-year warranty instead.
Overpriced jeans
I can't believe how bold this brand is! I bought a pair of expensive jeans that didn't even fit me. I did everything I was supposed to for a return, but it's been almost two months now and I still haven't gotten my refund. I just wanted to share my experience from when I went to the store for a custom framing job recently. I was really impressed with the service I got. The staff member, who I think has been there for a while, was super knowledgeable and skilled in helping me pick out the right frame for a tricky painting I had. Pair of denim jeans
I bought a new pair of denim jeans recently, but I wasn't happy with them at all. I only wore them a few times and they tore at the seam on the side when I squatted down. I called customer service, but they told me to talk to the store. When I did, they said the damage was just normal wear and tear, which I don't agree with considering how much I paid for them.
