Hey, so like, if you don't wanna waste time forever and deal with sketchy customer service, definitely steer clear of this place. I ordered something online and they told me it was shipped, only to find out it was still chillin' in their warehouse. They had the nerve to charge my card without even sending my stuff! When I called them out on it, they tried to blame FedEx for not updating their system for ages. So bogus. Even the FedEx dude was shocked and offered to sort things out with Frame Denim. But get this - they didn't even have a customer service number anymore. Do yourself a favor and avoid this whole mess. Stick with reliable spots like Neimans, Nordies, or SAKS.

I got these super cute Christmas jeans from this store I saw online. I thought they'd be perfect for the holidays, but they never even shipped them to me! I was waiting and waiting, but nothing.
