ServiceI had amazing customer service from Frame recently. I bought a pair of jeans from another store and had a problem with a button, so I contacted Frame for help. Even though they usually don't deal with these issues, the Frame team really went out of their way to assist me. They not only found replacement buttons for me but also sent them from the US to the UK with a courier, and didn't charge me extra. The whole process, although it took a few weeks, was smooth and quick. I want to give a big shoutout to Victoria at FRAME Client Services for her exceptional help.

ServiceI bought some jeans from this company and had a really bad experience with their customer service. I tried reaching out a bunch of times about getting a refund, but no one has gotten back to me. It's been months now and it's pretty worrying that they haven't said anything.
