CheckoutI was pretty disappointed with the company I bought jeans from online. The sales and customer service were lacking, and the website was kinda tricky to navigate because it was linked to this app. I tried to cancel my order right after I placed it, but it took a whole day for them to get back to me. They said they couldn't cancel it even though there was a cancel option on the website. They said they were gonna check with the warehouse, but it was closed for the weekend, which seemed fishy because how could they ship my order if no one was there to work on it? They ended up shipping the item I wanted to cancel anyways. Overall, the whole thing was super frustrating with terrible customer service and no help whatsoever when I tried to cancel my order.
