    As a customer of this shop, I am really disappointed with the recent decision to ban a certain sponsorship. It feels like they're just trying to please the "woke left" instead of sticking to the sport's core values. This kind of pandering only pushes away loyal fans like me and leaves a sour taste in my mouth. I was looking for a place where I could cheer on my favorite drivers and teams without political correctness getting in the way. It's really too bad that NASCAR is going down this route, and it's definitely making me reconsider my support for the sport.

He wasted no time sending me a label to return the wrong item and made sure the right one was on its way to me asap. Plus, he heard me out about how hard it was to use the discount code when I ordered. He promised to give me back the discount amount. Tyler really went above and beyond to make sure I was sorted out.

    I just bought a dozen diecast cars from this store recently, but honestly, I'm not too happy about it. I was really looking forward to adding all 12 cars to my collection when I made the order. But then I found out that they cancelled half of them because they were out of stock, even though they were in stock when I ordered. It's been over two months since then and I still haven't gotten my refund for the cancelled cars. To make matters worse, one of the cars I did get was all messed up in the packaging. I reached out to customer service about returning the other two cars that were supposed to go with the cancelled ones, but haven't heard back from them. Overall, my experience with this shop has been a pain and not very professional.

    I had this thing happen where my aunt got me a gift from this store. When I tried to take it back 'cause I already had it, they only gave her $9.99 back instead of what she paid. I was pretty bummed 'cause I thought I'd get the full refund. Hopefully they can fix up their return policy so everyone gets treated right.

    I bought some NASCAR stuff from this site and man, the customer service was just terrible. It's been over a month since I placed my order and I've been trying to find out what's going on with it. But I haven't heard a peep from their customer service team. I'm so annoyed with this lack of communication and crappy service that I don't think I'll be shopping here again anytime soon.

    Order delay, divided shipment

    I placed my order back on June 22nd and it's already July 12th with still no sign of it. Even though the order info says it was shipped on July 2nd, it looks like nothing has actually been sent out at all. To top it off, my order was divided into two parts and the second part hasn't been shipped either. When I called customer service, they told me that nothing has been sent out at all, even though there's nothing coming from China. This entire experience has been really frustrating and I definitely won't be ordering from here again.

    A gift for Christmas

    That return policy is just so ridiculous, eh! I bought a Christmas gift for my family member, only to realize they already had it. So when I went to return it, I couldn't believe there was a $9.99 fee just to get MY money back on the card I paid with. And get this - it didn't cost anything to get an e-gift card instead. What a rip-off, and the customer service was not great at all. Needless to say, I won't be coming back to shop here.

    I just bought some DieCast cars from this store, and let me tell you, it was a total nightmare. They kept delaying the delivery date, and now, after nearly a year, I still haven't gotten my order. It's just not right or fair. I recommend steering clear of this store if you're in the market for DieCast cars. Try Ebay or some other websites instead. Spare yourself the headache and letdown.

    Late shipment, lack of communication, difficult return process

    This place is a complete disaster, eh. I ordered something back in May and didn't get it until September! No updates, no word on the delay, just nothing at all. And when I tried to cancel my order, it was like talking to a brick wall, I tell ya. Had to go through all kinds of hoops just to start the return process, which took forever and was super annoying. Ended up getting the same thing from somewhere else and got it in a week - now that's what I call efficient, eh! Definitely not shopping here again, that's for sure.

    24 carats necklace and I was so excited to receive it. But can you believe it took more than 9 months for the product to finally arrive? It ended up being a potential Christmas present for next year instead of when I initially planned to give it. What made it even worse was that there was no disclaimer on the site about the long delivery time. I had no idea until after I placed my order. This lack of transparency and the extended wait time really ruined my shopping experience. I feel so frustrated and disappointed.

    My experience with preordering diecast cars from NASCARSHOP wasn't the best. I felt like I was waiting forever for my order to show up. Trying to cancel the preorder was a whole other story - it took way longer than I thought it would. Even though I followed all the steps on their help page, I still had trouble canceling the order online. When I finally got through to a customer service rep, there was two minutes of silence before they were able to help me out. The lack of communication and slow service left me feeling pretty disappointed with the whole thing.
