Weight loss progress
My experience with the program has been great so far. I'm really committed to my weight loss journey and I've found the tools they provide super helpful for tracking my progress. But I do feel a bit restricted since I'm not in the US, meaning I can't scan barcodes for food. I've seen another app that lets people in South Africa do this, so I'm a bit frustrated. I've tried reaching out to the coaches for help on adding my own recipes with calorie breakdowns, but I haven't gotten a solution yet. Despite these challenges, I'm excited to keep working towards better health. The only downside for me is the high cost because of our country's bad exchange rate. Shoutout to everyone involved in the program, though!
Weight loss success with program
Noom has been amazing for me as a 54-year-old lady with physical limitations. It has shown me how to make the most of what I've got and focus on my health. I started on February 9th and have already lost 10 pounds by sticking to the program. I'm not doing anything crazy, just getting more active in fun ways and paying attention to what I eat as Noom suggests. It's totally worth the money because it can help me avoid health issues down the road and boost my overall well-being. My doctor will be happy with my progress at the next check-up for sure. I gotta say, those lessons really hit the spot for me. They gave me the info and motivation I needed to shed some pounds successfully. I liked that they covered all the bases and were pretty sensible about it. But I gotta be honest, the logging tool could use a bit of a tune-up. It would make life easier if they put the recent stuff at the top for quick access, and a few more options for us plant-based folks wouldn't hurt. Oh, and it would be sweet if they could categorize vegan foods better, 'cause right now a lot of proteins are listed as orange. Just a thought!
Signed up, forgot, got charged, called customer service
Oh hey, so I totally signed up for this thing, but then completely forgot about it, eh? I didn't even do the stuff they told me to do, which I know would have been super helpful. But then I finally remembered and got charged again, eh? So, I called customer service and they were like SO nice, you know? They gave me my money back right away. And they weren't annoying about it at all, eh? Now I think I might actually give it another shot. My friends love it and say it's helped them loads with food and body stuff.
Health program analysis
Eh, this program is such a scam, eh! They're saying they use colour codes to tell us what's healthy to eat, but it's all just a big lie. Take for example, I put in Mango Lassi - loaded with sugar, by the way - and they said it's good to go because it's green. How can they call a sugary drink a healthy choice, eh? It's like they're trying to trick us into feeling like we're making good decisions, even when we're not. There's definitely something shady happening here, and I ain't falling for it, bud.

Noom is great for teaching lessons and aiding in weight loss by sorting foods into green, yellow, and orange categories. But, it could be better if it let users track their intake and cravings more easily with the noom med portion. It would also be helpful to have a more robust note-taking feature for a more thorough tracking experience.

The only thing is you have to, like, actually follow their kinda annoying yet super easy tips. They're stuff you already know and probably think you don't really have to do, but just give it a shot. Bought a weight loss program
The app is pretty good, eh? It helps me keep track of my food and weight easily. But ya know what would make it even better? If I could log my exercise right in the app, instead of having to use another one. Oh, and it would be awesome if there was a "Food Lookup" feature so I don't have to pretend to log foods just to check their values. But hey, I've actually lost 10 pounds in 8 weeks using it, so I guess it's working for me!

This app is pretty awesome, eh? It's really changin' how I think 'bout food. The lessons are simple to understand, and they ain't dull at all. And the AI is like havin' a wicked smart pal givin' me a hand. Only thing that could be improved is if they showed me more pics of portion sizes, but it's all good. I'm gettin' closer to reachin' my goals and feelin' pretty darn good 'bout it!
International weight measurements
Hey there! As someone from overseas, I really like all the different resources your service offers. The info you give is super helpful and has really been a big help on my journey to lose weight. One thing I think could be better is if you also included recipes with metric measurements, as not everyone knows how to use pounds and ounces. But even with that little hiccup, I've found the tools and support from your program to be priceless.

I've managed to drop about 25 pounds using this program, but progress is a bit slow at 72 years old. I was pleasantly surprised by the food lookup feature, it even has info on Malaysian dishes which I've found really helpful for adjusting my meals. I like that it uses the metric system, it just works better for me. The program is a bit pricey, but you can ask for a discount. Dealing with customer service has been a bit of a hassle, having different people contacting me can get tiring. Despite these issues, the program works well, especially with a discount. I think they could make the payment process smoother, it feels a bit clunky compared to other services.

I've been trying out this weight loss program for about a month now, eh, and I gotta say, I feel like I'm finally getting a handle on things. However, I'm a bit confused by that line chart showing my weight and goal weight date. And another thing, it bugs me that I can't see the color of the food and nutrition info when I'm planning out my meals ahead of time, ya know?

I decided to give the 2-week trial a shot for just a loonie, and I gotta say, I was pretty impressed with what the app had to offer. The psychology stuff and quizzes were actually pretty cool and taught me a lot. But, at the end of the day, losing weight really comes down to your own determination and decisions, not just relying on an app. Still, I liked how many different foods were in the look-up tool, from store brands to diet meals.
