CheckoutI've managed to drop about 25 pounds using this program, but progress is a bit slow at 72 years old. I was pleasantly surprised by the food lookup feature, it even has info on Malaysian dishes which I've found really helpful for adjusting my meals. I like that it uses the metric system, it just works better for me. The program is a bit pricey, but you can ask for a discount. Dealing with customer service has been a bit of a hassle, having different people contacting me can get tiring. Despite these issues, the program works well, especially with a discount. I think they could make the payment process smoother, it feels a bit clunky compared to other services.
