OverallI decided to give the 2-week trial a shot for just a loonie, and I gotta say, I was pretty impressed with what the app had to offer. The psychology stuff and quizzes were actually pretty cool and taught me a lot. But, at the end of the day, losing weight really comes down to your own determination and decisions, not just relying on an app. Still, I liked how many different foods were in the look-up tool, from store brands to diet meals.
