Winter boots
I got these new winter boots last spring, and I finally started wearing them. But already, the right boot is starting to peel by the big toe. I'm pretty bummed out with the quality, was hoping for better from this brand. Not sure if I'll buy from them again.
Duck boots
Eh, so my husband went and got me a pair of duck boots for Christmas, but turns out I ain't too crazy about 'em. Tried to take 'em back, but no dice, apparently we can't return stuff bought before a certain date. Kinda ticked off that the Canadian site lets you be more chill about holiday returns, but us Americans are stuck holding onto stuff we don't want. Company needs to step it up with their service and be more flexible, not impressed. Those boots ain't ever touching my feet and I definitely won't be suggesting this brand to anyone.

I got some shoes from here and they fell apart after wearing them only once. I didn't even buy them straight from the store, and when I reached out to them, they just brushed it off and said it wasn't their issue.
Sperry Woman's Crest Vibe sneakers
I've been a loyal customer of these sneakers for a while now and have bought lots of pairs in different colors over the years. But my latest purchase of the white ones left me super let down. The canvas quality is totally off - it's thicker and rougher, and hasn't softened up with wear like my other pairs. They're just not as comfy as they used to be. The stitching on the front is completely different, the fit is off, and the toe bed feels wider. The laces are tight with no give, so I struggle to get them on without a shoe horn. Overall, I'm really bummed about the drop in quality of these sneakers.
Bought a pair of shoes online
So, I wanted to buy some new shoes and I saw these cool ones online. But when they arrived, they didn't fit well and actually gave me a blister on my foot! I tried to return them, but they said no because it wasn't their fault. They suggested I try this thing called mole skin, but I have no clue what that is. I just wish they would let me return the shoes that didn't work out for me. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place to my friends.
Delayed Order Issue
I had a really frustrating experience with an order I placed with this company. They told me I couldn't cancel it because it was already "batched", even though it hadn't even been shipped yet. On top of that, they mentioned a $5 return fee if I changed my mind and wanted to return the item. After reading all the bad reviews about their products and service, I'm feeling pretty let down. I can definitely say I won't be buying from them again.
Long-lasting, high-quality shoes
I've been buying shoes from this store for like ten years now, and I gotta say, they really hold up well. Way better than any other shoes I've had. And whenever I've had a problem, the customer service folks are always super quick to help me out.
Shoes in incorrect size
I just bought a pair of shoes from this company, eh? But I messed up and didn't realize the sizes were in USA sizes, so I had to return them, you know? I thought about getting a bigger size instead, but the $10 return shipping fee wasn't cool, eh? Plus, the slow delivery was kinda disappointing, so I'm not gonna order anything else from them, eh?
Incorrect size received
I recently bought something online and had a really bad experience with the service. Firstly, my order confirmation email ended up in my junk folder which caused some confusion. When I got my order, I saw that they sent me the wrong size. I asked for a size 11 but got a size 12 instead. When I contacted customer service to fix it, they said I ordered the size 12 even though I know I ordered 11. I tried to explain but they wouldn't admit their mistake or offer a good solution. I asked to talk to a manager but never heard back. The lack of responsibility and bad communication from customer service was frustrating and disappointing. I won't shop with them again.
Sizing inconsistencies
The shoes can be nice sometimes, but other times not so much. The customer service is a bit hit or miss. Some shoes really hurt my heels and end up making them bleed. And the sizing is just all over the place! I can never figure out what size to order.

Hey everyone, just a heads up - if you're looking to get your shoes in a timely manner, I wouldn't rely on ground shipping. The delivery times can be pretty unpredictable with these guys. I once had a package delayed because they were waiting to fill a whole truck! That's just not right. Their service standards definitely leave something to be desired. You might want to consider using a different courier if you want your orders to arrive on time.
Expensive boat shoes
I bought this super pricey pair of boat shoes, eh, but they totally fell apart after just a few wears, eh. Dealing with the customer service team at this store was a total nightmare. I had to spend so much time contacting them, sending pictures, and making calls - it was beyond frustrating and felt like a huge waste of my time. My time was totally disregarded and it felt like I was fighting just to get a solution. The shoes I bought were supposed to be top-notch but they were defective and it looked like someone tried to cover it up, which was really disappointing. Even after they agreed to send a return label, it never showed up. Just a heads up for anyone thinking of shopping there in the future.

My experience with this company was really disappointing, eh. I ordered a pair of shoes and ended up waiting two whole months without getting them, eh. And on top of that, I lost $73, eh. They said they'd give me back half of my money, but that never happened either, eh. I'm super disappointed with how terrible their service was and how unreliable they turned out to be, eh. I wouldn't suggest them to anyone, eh.
Online shopping experience
As someone who shops online a lot, I always try to find websites that are easy to use and make shopping a breeze. I was pleasantly surprised when I recently bought something from a site that not only met my expectations, but totally blew them out of the water. The return process was a piece of cake and stress-free, which is hard to come by when shopping online. The prices were good and my order arrived quicker than I thought, especially during the busy holiday time. All in all, I was really impressed with everything and I'll definitely be shopping there again.
Sought refurbishment service
I recently contacted the company to see if they could refurbish my shoes, since they just need a new sole. I was hoping they offered that service or could recommend someone who could do it while keeping the same style. Sadly, they told me they don't do refurbishments. I even mentioned how it's not very eco-friendly of them to not offer that service, but I didn't get a response. This whole thing left me feeling disappointed and I probably won't be buying from them again.
Wrong shoes received
That was a terrible experience, eh! I ordered some shoes and got a completely different style. When I tried to get some help, the customer service was so rude and unhelpful. Can you believe they actually said I should buy the right shoes again and send back the wrong ones to FedEx, without even offering faster shipping? That's just not right, eh!
Order of shoes
I got some new shoes and they were so cute, eh! But man, it took ages for them to arrive. I was all pumped to rock them, but the wait was never-ending. And guess what? When they finally showed up, they were way too small! Such a bummer, eh! I tried to see if I could send them back, but nope, no luck. So now I'm stuck with these shoes that are too tiny for my feet.
Boat shoes
The boat shoes I bought from this store seemed really well-made, but sadly, they were just too narrow for my feet. I even tried ordering a half size up and wider than my regular size, but no luck - they still didn't fit comfortably. It's a bummer because I really liked how those shoes looked and was looking forward to wearing them.

Just snagged a new pair of shoes and already, less than a month later, the stitching is falling apart. Went back to the store with my receipt, and they told me I gotta go through a whole process with the brand to get new ones. Totally unimpressed with how they handle warranties. Plus, now I gotta wait weeks for the replacements to come in.
