CommunicationI recently bought something online and had a really bad experience with the service. Firstly, my order confirmation email ended up in my junk folder which caused some confusion. When I got my order, I saw that they sent me the wrong size. I asked for a size 11 but got a size 12 instead. When I contacted customer service to fix it, they said I ordered the size 12 even though I know I ordered 11. I tried to explain but they wouldn't admit their mistake or offer a good solution. I asked to talk to a manager but never heard back. The lack of responsibility and bad communication from customer service was frustrating and disappointing. I won't shop with them again.
