Hiking gear purchase
I just bought some hiking gear from this company, eh, and I gotta say, I am super impressed with the quality of their products. The gear is tough, cozy, and has really stepped up my outdoor explorations. Their tracking and mapping platform is also easy to use and has helped me find new trails nearby. All in all, I highly recommend this company for anyone wanting to take their outdoor adventures up a notch.

Dishes set
I bought a dish set from this company not long ago, but when it arrived, one of the plates was all smashed up. I emailed their customer service team but haven't heard a word back in three weeks! It's super aggravating and disappointing that they can't even reply. I'm feeling really let down by this lack of help and communication. The whole thing has really turned me off from buying from them again in the future.

Prom dress purchase
OMG, I was totally freaking out about ordering from this place since I had a rough time with another site like it. But, the dresses arrived crazy fast and are gonna be perfect for my BFF's prom. The customer service was amazing, even though I heard some folks had problems, but personally, I was super satisfied with everything - the dress, the prices, and the service. I mean, if I had to return it, maybe it wouldn't have been as simple??

My fav purchase is the mystery bundle
Oh my goodness, you have to check out the mystery bundle, it's seriously amazing! I snagged 4 awesome shirts for just 20 bucks - way cheaper than buying them one by one. And the bands are always top-notch; I just scored A Perfect Circle in my last bundle! I've also gotten Bob Marley, Eminem, Snoop Dogg, Nas, Sublime, and The Cure before. Trust me, you can't go wrong with a mystery bundle - you need to get one right away!

Soundbar with Auto Standby feature
Just got myself a new soundbar that apparently has an Auto Standby feature, but guess what? It ain't working. Tried reaching out to customer service for help, but all I got was some confusing answers and useless advice. The sound is alright, but the lack of reliable customer service is a big bummer. If anything goes wonky with this soundbar, it's going in the garbage for sure.
