I bought a dish set from this company not long ago, but when it arrived, one of the plates was all smashed up. I emailed their customer service team but haven't heard a word back in three weeks! Just got myself a new soundbar that apparently has an Auto Standby feature, but guess what? It ain't working. Tried reaching out to customer service for help, but all I got was some confusing answers and useless advice. The sound is alright, but the lack of reliable customer service is a big bummer. If anything goes wonky with this soundbar, it's going in the garbage for sure.
