Just got myself a new set of hair care products from this company and let me tell you, I am seriously impressed. I mostly use this program to download YouTube videos so I can watch them offline. But I ran into a problem recently where some files weren't showing up in the folder where they were supposed to be saved. I got in touch with customer support, and they were really helpful and patient. They gave me some tips and eventually figured out the issue - the downloaded file names were starting with a "dot", which made them hidden on my computer. In the end, I think it's a great program with amazing support, and I would definitely recommend it.

Nail dust collector in white to pink
Eh bud, so this was my first time ordering from this place and it was pretty awesome! I wanted to surprise my wife with a nail dust collector, but I accidentally ordered it in white instead of pink (I should've known she'd want pink, eh). So I shot off an email to customer service right away, like ten minutes after making the order. And you know what? They got back to me real quick, like within twenty minutes, saying they changed my order to pink! How cool is that, eh? Fast and friendly service like that can be hard to come by these days, but MelodySusie is totally on top of it. I'm definitely gonna be shopping here more often now, you know?
