Quick process, Vertigo complications
I recently went to this place for a screening and I wasn't too happy with the service. I had to keep going back to the waiting area and they called me three times to do the tests, which was really annoying. The first two times were okay, but the third time was a disaster. The tables they used for the tests weren't comfy at all, they were hard and flat with no proper neck support. It was tough for me because I have Vertigo. The positions and movements they made me do for the Carotid Artery test made me feel dizzy and sick, so I had to stop halfway through. When I asked if there was another way to do the test, they just said no without giving me any other options. It was disappointing and frustrating.
