I had a really bad experience with my last order from this company. I bought a bunch of stuff but it never showed up. When I got in touch with GoBolt, they told me my package got lost or stolen and I had to contact the company for a refund. I tried reaching out through email and Instagram multiple times, but all I got were automated messages and no actual help. The lack of communication and customer service from this company is super frustrating and disappointing.

The customer service was so pushy with their follow-up messages. Even though I tried multiple times to unsubscribe, they just kept calling and texting, which really ruined the whole experience for me. I definitely won't be buying from them again and will go back to my old supplier.

I bought this pillow cuz I like sleeping on my belly and it's so comfy! It's like super squishy but still supportive, so my neck doesn't hurt anymore. I also like that it's not too hot, so I don't wake up all sweaty. I asked my mom to get me another one for my birthday cuz I love it so much!
