Herr der Drachen game
I am super disappointed with the service from this company. The support team is nearly impossible to get a hold of or they just straight up ignore requests, and tickets get closed without even a peep. The game itself, Herr der Drachen, is just filled with bugs that make it more annoying than fun to play. The only thing that seems to work flawlessly are the money transactions, which is sketchy. The moderator, who happens to be a lady in this case, doesn't really offer much help besides basic comments, and the supposed higher-up moderator is nowhere to be found, not providing any real solutions to the ongoing game problems. All in all, I wouldn't recommend this game or company based on my own experience.
Online game item
I've been a customer for more than a year, and I've been dealing with some problems with the game I bought. I've reached out to customer service a bunch of times, but the issue still isn't fixed. It seems like the company doesn't really care about resolving it.
TopWar game
I just bought the TopWar game and found out it shares servers with RiverGames. The problem is that RiverGames has more events and heroes, giving their players a big advantage over us TopWar players. It seems like the company cares more about making money than making sure all players have a fair game. On top of that, the customer support is not great - I've had an open ticket for two years with no solution in sight. I recommend avoiding this company at all costs.
In-game items and currency
I bought some in-game items and currency that hasn't been delivered like they said it would. I've tried reaching out to customer service multiple times but still haven't gotten this sorted out.
Online gaming subscription
This subscription is honestly a joke. It's so frustrating, every time I try to log in I have to keep refreshing the page over and over because it gets stuck at 99% when I click anything. And don't even get me started on the battles - the screen randomly goes black. And during that 4 pm event to collect chests, the progress bar just freezes. It's a never-ending cycle of freezing and logging back in. This game is a complete disaster, it's had problems for over a year now and it seems like nobody can fix them.
Repetitive games with poor customer service.
The games on this platform are kinda repetitive, you know? They all feel like they've got the same basic stuff going on, just with different looks. It's like you're not really doing much besides watching things happen on their own, without much for you to do. Moving forward in these games gets pretty boring and hard if you don't fork over some actual cash. And it's not great how they don't really care about what the players want, like those "offer wall" deals that never really pay off like they promise.
Deceptive game purchases
This company is pretty sneaky when it comes to selling in-game stuff. I bought a package that said I'd get awakening tokens for commanders I hadn't unlocked, but turns out those tokens were useless to me. It sucks to waste money like that, so I'd warn folks to watch out for deals like this from them. Being transparent with gaming purchases is important, and this whole thing just left a bad taste in my mouth.
