Dissatisfactory purchase experience
My recent purchase was a total letdown because the product didn't work like it was supposed to. When I reached out to customer service, they were not helpful or professional. I thought I could easily get a refund within the 90-day guarantee, but it ended up being a long process and my request was denied in the end.

Chicago passes purchased online
So, I just got some passes online for attractions in Chicago and it was really smooth. One of the best parts was getting to skip the long lines because I had a pass, which saved me a ton of time. The price was pretty good too, especially since it included stuff that would've been extra if I bought them separately at the door. Overall, I had a great time and I'll definitely think about getting passes from this company again next time I visit a different city.
