Lingerie set
I just got myself a new lingerie set from this store and there was a little mix-up with the order confirmation. I was kinda shocked to learn that they don't send out confirmation emails until your order is on its way. Luckily, this super nice customer service rep named Amy helped me out. She not only clarified their process, but also guaranteed that my order would be shipped within 24 hours. Now that's speedy service! Big thanks to Amy for her patience and all the info she gave me. All in all, I'm happy with my buy and the service I got.

I thought I'd check out this store, even though I heard some mixed reviews. I gotta say, ordering stuff was pretty easy. But the service could be better - the website kept acting up on me. It's annoying when you're trying to buy something and the site keeps messing up. The prices seemed fair for what you get. And my order got to me pretty quick, which was a nice surprise. All in all, despite some issues, I had an okay time and would think about shopping here again.

hair removal device
I ordered a hair removal device three weeks ago and still haven't heard anything about when it's going to arrive. The website said it would only take 3-5 days for shipping, but it's been way longer than that and I haven't gotten a single email from them. This whole situation is really frustrating and I'm not happy with their customer service at all. I definitely wouldn't suggest buying from this company if you expect your stuff to show up on time and want to be kept in the loop about what's going on.

New hair growth supplement
Oh my goodness, you won't believe how amazing this product is for your hair! I was seriously desperate because my hair was so thin and sad, but after using this supplement for 8 months, I actually have hair now! I started seeing baby hairs popping up after just 4 weeks, and some real length after 6-8 weeks. It did take a bit of time for the really great effects to show up, but after 6 months, my hair was looking thick and healthy, not like a sad piece of ribbon. And after 8 months, I had a normal, not embarrassing ponytail that I can actually wear out in public. It's unbelievable! Even the hair that got messed up by a wasabi hair mask (I know, don't ask) started growing and catching up to my other hair length. This stuff is absolutely amazing, I will definitely keep using it forever!

Replacement Strap purchase
So I bought a new strap for my watch from the Mondaine site, right? But when it arrived, I could tell right away that the quality was not as good as the original one that came with my watch. The material felt flimsy and the band was a pain to close when I put it on the watch. I reached out to customer service to let them know, but I wasn't happy with their response. They basically said I couldn't get a refund or a new strap because I had already tried it on. That just doesn't make sense - how else would I know if it worked unless I put it on, you know?
