Delayed delivery and unexpected import taxes
Hey there, just wanted to share my experience as a customer who ordered from Kenzzi. I gotta say, it was pretty frustrating dealing with the delays in delivery and having to pay unexpected import taxes. I waited patiently for over two months, and then out of the blue, DHL sends me an email saying my package is on its way but I gotta shell out some serious cash for taxes. Like, what?! Nobody told me about this beforehand, so you can imagine my surprise. When I tried to talk to DHL about it, they basically said it wasn't their problem and to talk to Kenzzi. Problem is, I've tried contacting Kenzzi before and never got a response. Plus, the lack of updates on my shipment just added to my annoyance. Waiting for so long for my order, only to get hit with unexpected fees, left me feeling pretty disappointed. This whole experience has definitely made me question Kenzzi's business practices.
