I bought a hand-carved duck call from this company not long ago. But I was kinda bummed out when I didn't get a confirmation email with my tracking number. Even though I got charged for it, I still haven't heard anything about where my order is at. I tried reaching out to customer service by email, but haven't heard back from them. This whole lack of communication thing is getting on my nerves because I've never had problems like this when ordering stuff online.

The prints I got were terrible - all blurry and discoloured, with weird lines across them. It's a total letdown and felt like a huge waste of my time and money. When I reached out to customer service, they pinned the blame on me for supposedly uploading low-quality photos, but that wasn't the case at all. They wouldn't help me out with the expensive postage for a new print or give me a refund. I definitely do not recommend using this company.

I was a big fan of this flower shop, but my last purchase wasn't great. I've been getting red daisies from them for years, and they always used to come individually wrapped, looking perfect. But this time, they were all packed together and half of them were weirdly shaped. It was disappointing.
