Customer service is terrible! I ordered some vases and champagne flutes, but they vanished after UPS said they delivered them. I've tried emailing and using their online form multiple times, but no one has gotten back to me. Not even my credit card company could help as they're not picking up the phone. It's so annoying to feel like I've been left high and dry.
