I was so let down with the fresh flower arrangement I got for my mom's birthday. The flowers were so small and didn't meet my hopes at all. Even though I paid a good amount, with delivery included, it just didn't match up to what I was expecting. I thought I'd be getting a big, amazing arrangement, but what showed up was really disappointing and not impressive. It definitely wasn't worth the money I shelled out. I wanted to amaze my mom with a stunning bouquet, but instead, I was left feeling let down and annoyed.

I'm so happy with the bouquet of roses I bought. They were so fresh and lovely, a perfect gift. Ordering was super easy and the customer service folks were really nice and helpful. The price was a bit high, but the quality totally made it worth it. The delivery was quick and the flowers came in perfect shape. The flowers I got were so disappointing! They looked nothing like what was shown on the website. The quality was terrible and the arrangement didn't match what I had in mind. The bouquet looked exactly like it did in the picture - simply beautiful. Even now, five days later, the flowers are still super fresh. I just ordered a potted plant from this company and I gotta say, it was a decent experience. The plant I got was a bit smaller than I expected based on the website pic, so that was a little disappointing. It would've been nice to know more about the size beforehand. Also, I wish I could've picked a delivery time cause I wanted it in the morning. But all in all, the plant was good quality and the service was pretty quick and efficient.

I picked up the Peaceful White Garden thinking it would be all set up and ready to go with a nice arrangement of plants. Turns out, it came as a DIY kit with each plant in its own pot and a separate planter box. I was bummed because I was expecting a finished product, but luckily the person I gave it to was okay with planting it themselves.

Thank you so much for the Broken Heart flower arrangement. It really captured all the emotions I was feeling and brought them to life with its beauty. It was just perfect, just like the memories of my dear friend Hector Gomez, who I've known since I was 11. Both Raquel and I were really touched by your artistry.
