Needed blooms for my mom's birthday after her hip surgery, so I was counting on them. Order got lost twice, had to email again and again before they finally sent it — annoying, but at least arrived.

I almost didn’t order — was nervous given past misses and it was for my mom’s 79th, so I was really anxious. I went ahead though. On the delivery day they texted me saying they couldn’t find a local florist and offered a refund; oddly I never got the follow-up email, but that quick text and the refund offer relieved me. Still sucks my mom didn’t get flowers that day, honestly, mixed feelings.

I won't be using them again. I ordered a birthday bouquet days ahead so I didn't have to worry — apparently that was optimistic. I paid for the 'similar if unavailable' option but what arrived was a completely different arrangement: different blooms, different colours, not even close. It also showed up late, which felt... awkward. Lucky for me my girlfriend actually liked it (pretty flowers, I admit), otherwise it would've been a disaster. I like the concept of this shop, but if they promise choices or delivery windows they should mean it. My advice: double-check substitutions and chase delivery.
