Deluxe Birthday Flower Arrangement not delivered
I ordered a fancy Birthday Flower Arrangement from this company to be delivered on January 20th. However, the flowers didn't arrive on time, not on the 21st either. I was really let down by the lack of punctuality and reliability, and now I'm left wondering where the flowers are. I wanted to surprise someone special with a lovely bouquet, but instead, I'm left waiting and feeling puzzled. If anyone happens to find the missing flowers, please give me a heads up.
$90 birthday bouquet
I ordered a $90 bouquet for my mom's 79th birthday to be delivered on July 14th, but she never received it! When I contacted the flower shop, they told me there was no one available to deliver it. They sent me an email (which I never received) apologizing, but it's really not acceptable to spoil my mom's birthday like this. She had nothing to open on her special day and that's just not right.
Flowers for my friend's mom
I ordered some flowers for my friend's mom the day before she needed them. They got delivered right to her visitation and she absolutely loved them! I was also really pleased with how nice they looked, the vase was beautiful and the flowers were all perfect. Couldn't have asked for a better experience, it was just great.
Peaceful White Garden purchase
I picked up the Peaceful White Garden thinking it would be all set up and ready to go with a nice arrangement of plants. Turns out, it came as a DIY kit with each plant in its own pot and a separate planter box. I was bummed because I was expecting a finished product, but luckily the person I gave it to was okay with planting it themselves.
