I just bought a mirror from this company for a reno job I was working on. But when I finally opened up the package, I saw that the mirror was totally smashed. I contacted customer service to try and get a replacement or refund, but they couldn't help me out. Even though the mirror was wrecked as soon as I opened it, they said they couldn't give me any money back or send a new one. It's annoying to drop $126 on something that I can't even use now.

As someone who has experience in education, I was excited about the opportunity to share what I know on an online learning platform. But honestly, my time with it has been pretty disappointing. The people running the platform don't seem to know what they're doing, and it's made me feel like my work isn't valued and I'm not getting paid enough for it. I put a lot of work into making good courses, but the money I've made back has been pretty sad. It's sad to see a platform that used to be great for teachers not keeping their word.

I ordered these really awesome knives online and was so pumped to use them. But then they said they were out of stock even though they were still available, just not on sale. It's ridiculous! I noticed other folks had the same issue. Huge companies like this should be more organized, why make me wait a month to tell me they're out of stock when they're not?! I'm definitely not buying from there again!

So, you know, I got this glass teapot for my mom as a gift, eh? And when she opened it, she found out the handle was cracked, eh. I mean, what a total bummer, buddy. But, you know, I didn't have a receipt and the store was really far away. So, I emailed customer service with some pics and this awesome girl named Monica totally saved the day, eh! She sent a new teapot super fast and now my mom is over the moon. She's been through a rough time with cancer and stuff, so a nice cup of tea is like her daily medicine, you know. Monica even checked in to make sure everything was cool. Thanks a ton, Monica and Whittard, eh!

Thank you so much for the Broken Heart flower arrangement. It really captured all the emotions I was feeling and brought them to life with its beauty. It was just perfect, just like the memories of my dear friend Hector Gomez, who I've known since I was 11. Both Raquel and I were really touched by your artistry.
