ARK SA server
I got myself an ARK SA server right on the day of its release for Xbox. But when I tried to go online, the server wasn't showing up. So, I decided to shoot an email to support. Those folks replied super fast and managed to fix the issue in just 20 minutes. Now that's what I call some top-notch service!

First order experience
I was a bit unsure about ordering at first because of some bad reviews, but I decided to take a chance. It took two weeks and still no package, so I started to get worried. I contacted customer service and got help from a really amazing guy named Christian who went out of his way to figure out the problem. Luckily, my package finally showed up and I was really impressed with the products and how well they were packed. I would definitely shop here again, and Christian deserves all the credit for his top-notch customer service.
