    Broken bike delivery

    I just got a bike from your store after waiting for a long time, but when it arrived, it was broken. It's really disappointing to spend time and money on something, only to find out it's defective. You guys really need to step up your quality control game to avoid stuff like this happening again. I'd suggest being careful if you're thinking about buying from here, seems like there's a high chance of getting a faulty item.

    This shop is amazing, eh! The customer service is awesome and the prices are usually better than other shops. They have a ton of options, from eco-friendly stuff to super modern gear. I'm talking about Frugi and Mini Rodini, you know! And those cool wooden toys and bikes they have are just amazing. Every time I buy something from here, I'm always happy with it. Plus, they ship gifts from places like Greece all the way to the UK and Sweden, how cool is that? I'm a happy customer, no doubt about it.

    damaged item replacement

    I had to get in touch with customer service about a damaged item I got in my order. I was happy with how fast Babyshop got back to me and sorted everything out. When I reached out to them, they replied within a day and asked for a video showing the damaged item. Once I sent the video, they quickly sent me a label to ship the item back. What really impressed me was that they sent out a replacement right away, even before they got the return, making sure I got it before my trip. Their replies were quick and on the ball the whole time, which I really appreciated.

    I bought some baby stuff from this store not too long ago, but it was a total disaster. Turns out, they sneakily added a VIP subscription fee to my bill without me knowing. They took a big chunk of money from my credit card without asking, which is so not cool. I tried talking to customer service, but they were no help at all and didn't fix the problem. Just a heads up, be careful when you shop at this store, seems like they're up to no good.

    I bought some clothes from this store, and it was a huge disappointment. I ordered 4 items, but one was missing, and they didn't even inform me or refund my money. Then, they sent me women's jeans in a large size that wouldn't fit me at all! The tracking information they provided was useless, and it took forever for the package to even arrive. I'm never shopping here again, it was a terrible experience!

    Bike order mix-up

    I just ordered a bike for my grandkid who lives in a different town, and it ended up getting delivered to me instead of them. I tried reaching out to customer service with screenshots showing both the order and delivery notice, but I haven't heard back from them. It's been a real hassle because now I have to go pick up the bike and send it again, even though I already paid for shipping when I first ordered it.

    I've been shopping at this store for three years now, and let me tell you, the selection is amazing! They have all kinds of great brands, discounts, and special deals. But my favorite thing? The delivery rates - they stay the same no matter how much you buy! I live in a country outside of the EU, so it's really nice not to have to worry about extra shipping costs based on the size of my order. It's one less thing for my folks to worry about, that's for sure.

    So, I had a problem with an online order I made and I wanted to tell you about it. First off, I was a bit wary about giving out my SSN to get my package 'cause I've gotten scam calls before. But when I contacted customer service, they told me that my package was stuck at the US border 'cause it was worth a lot. The customer service team was really quick to help out and offered to cancel my order and give me my money back. It was great to get such a helpful response from them.

    Overpriced swimsuit

    I just bought a really expensive swimsuit from this store and I was so let down by the quality of it. The material felt cheap and the swimsuit wasn't even sewn properly. I was expecting way better from a store that says they sell top-notch stuff. Plus, I was really annoyed to find out that the shipping rates had gone up for my area, even though Babyshop.com said they were going to re-evaluate their shipping deals a year ago. The fact that the prices keep changing and they're not paying attention to the little things has left me feeling pretty disappointed with my whole shopping experience.

    My experience with the customer service at Babyshop was really disappointing. I ordered two bassinets for my twins, but only got one. I tried reaching out to Babyshop online multiple times, but the problem still isn't fixed. It's been frustrating dealing with their team because they haven't been helpful or communicated well, especially since I'm about to have my babies. I asked for a refund for the missing item, but Babyshop says both were delivered. I'm waiting for them to sort this out before my due date.

    Winter boots size 24 for grandson

    I got my grandson a pair of size 24 winter boots from this store. We were hoping for the same great quality we got with the size 22 boots we bought before. But when we got the new pair, they looked smaller than the size 22 ones we already had. They were stuffed with paper really tight, making it hard to take out. It felt like someone had returned these boots before they were sent to us. The store didn't say anything about any problems with the boots when they gave us a discount on them.

    So, I ordered some stuff from Babyshop online and let me tell you, I was super let down by their service. They said my delivery would come within a certain timeframe, but it took over a week and still no sign of my items. I tried contacting them through emails and phone calls, but all I got were these vague responses saying they would 'do the needful', which didn't really seem to amount to anything. On top of that, their prices were higher than other stores I checked out. All in all, it was a real headache of an experience that I wouldn't suggest to anyone.

    I used to really like shopping at this store, but now I'm kinda bummed about how much they charge for shipping and returns. 79 kr for both is just way too much in my opinion.     Delayed delivery, frustrating customer service

    The delivery service from this store is just terrible! I ordered something and was told it would be here the next day, but it didn't come on time. When I tried to get help from customer service, all I got were unhelpful answers and empty promises of fixing the problem. It was pretty obvious they didn't care about what I was going through and just wanted me to keep waiting forever. This one guy, called himself MALIK, was super rude and talked to me like I was nothing. The whole thing was a total nightmare and I won't be buying from there again, that's for sure.
