Plushie purchase
Oh man, these plushies from here are seriously top-tier! I've been on the hunt for a plushie this good for ages, and stumbling upon this store was such a lucky break. The materials they use are obviously top-notch, and the craftsmanship is just outstanding. I can't get over how much detail and care goes into making these plushies - it's really impressive. Plus, the range of designs they have is amazing, there's something for everyone's taste. I'm already thinking about snagging more plushies from here in the future, they're seriously that good.

I recently bought a custom size dust cover for my audio mixer from this company, and let me tell you, I am super happy with my purchase. The whole process was a breeze - I just had to answer a few questions online, give the measurements, explain what I wanted, and even send a few photos. They had lots of fabric and vinyl options to choose from, and I could add extra features like rope or elastic at the bottom to make it exactly how I wanted. Coat purchase
I bought a coat from this company recently and I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with it. The quality isn't great and the customer service didn't help much either. The price I paid for the coat definitely didn't match up with the quality I got. The zipper got stuck after only a little bit of use, so now I can't really use the coat at all. When I reached out to customer service, they told me I had to send the coat in for repairs, which would take 4-8 weeks. It was super frustrating, especially since the weather was starting to warm up. To make matters worse, I also had to pay for shipping to send the faulty coat back to them for repairs. It was just adding insult to injury. This whole situation has been really disappointing and now I'm not so sure about their products or their service.
