damaged item replacement
I had to get in touch with customer service about a damaged item I got in my order. I was happy with how fast Babyshop got back to me and sorted everything out. When I reached out to them, they replied within a day and asked for a video showing the damaged item. Once I sent the video, they quickly sent me a label to ship the item back. What really impressed me was that they sent out a replacement right away, even before they got the return, making sure I got it before my trip. Their replies were quick and on the ball the whole time, which I really appreciated.
