So, I bought a security camera system from LOREX and had a bad experience with their technical support. The folks I talked to didn't really know what they were doing and gave me the wrong info. In particular, this person named Trisea couldn't tell me if the NVR would work with cameras from other brands. It's pretty disappointing when you're trying to get help and end up feeling let down.
