    Prescription glasses

    I've been getting my prescription glasses from this company for almost 15 years now. The customer service has always been great, but lately, I've been noticing a drop in the overall service. The agent I spoke with recently was helpful and made sure my order was taken care of quickly, but I've been feeling like the company's performance in general hasn't been as good as it used to be. Nowadays, there are tons of online suppliers that offer a lot of choices and flexibility, so I think they need to step up their game to meet customer expectations.

    Ordering my contacts was so easy, just used my old boxes to enter my prescription and got everything sorted in no time. I usually get my lenses through my doctor's office, but even with discounts, it's too expensive. Found a great discount code from my husband's union and saved an awesome $100 on 6 months' worth of lenses. Delivery took a bit longer due to Easter, but they arrived in under 2 weeks. Big shoutout to Clearly for using Canada Post for shipping, so convenient. Will definitely be returning for my next order in 6 months.

    Prescription glasses return and replacement

    I had to give back a pair of glasses 'cause they messed up the prescription. Even though it was past the 30-day return window, they were super nice and let me send them back. They even sent me a new pair without charging me extra! Being a senior on a fixed income, this really saved me a lot of money and I'm so grateful for their amazing customer service. Returning the glasses and getting the new ones was easy and quick. I'm really thankful for how professional and caring they were throughout the whole process.

    The customer service at this place is excellent, eh? I ordered some stuff that turned out to be discontinued by the manufacturer. So, I decided to hop on chat to find out what I could do. The agent I talked to was really helpful and reassured me that everything was all good with my order. And get this - my order was shipped out just a few hours later. I was so impressed with how fast they sorted everything out and how much they cared about my order. Cheers to the customer service team!

    My recent experience with the customer service at this eyewear company was pretty good overall. They have a great selection of products and the glasses I got were of good quality. Though, I did run into a small problem with the live chat on their site. Anne was nice and helpful, but the automatic messages during the chat were a bit too wordy and could be shorter. I'm thankful for the help I got, but it would have been better if the communication was more straight to the point.

    I just bought some new glasses online and it was alright. Ordering them was easy, but it took longer than I thought for them to process my order. When I finally got my glasses, I was kinda let down by the ultra-thin lenses I chose because they weren't as thin as I wanted. The customer service folks were nice, but their answers seemed a bit rehearsed, especially when I asked about my order. But at least my glasses arrived when they said they would.

They didn't even bother keeping me in the loop and eventually just straight up canceled my order. Left me in a real bind with no contacts. That's why I'm super thankful for Clearly, they're always on point with the deliveries and no funny business. Love it.

    The glasses I bought were awesome, exactly what I wanted. But I was kinda let down because I didn't get an email with the insurance invoice. Plus, when I tried to view the receipt online, the button wasn't working so I had to call Customer Service. They were really nice though, and quickly fixed everything up.

    My glasses were super light and comfy!

    I got the lightest glasses ever, eh! They were so comfy to wear all day, eh. And you know what? When I had to talk to customer support, they were so nice, eh! They really helped me out big time. If anyone asks, I'll totally spill the beans on where I got them from, eh.
