Contact lens purchase
The customer service at the Queen Street location in Toronto was amazing, eh! The employees were super helpful and understanding when I needed help checking on my order. The contact lenses are awesome - they don't bug my eyes at all and I can see perfectly without any issues. And get this, they even threw in some gummy bears with my package! It was such a great experience, definitely went above and beyond what I was expecting.
Glasses selection assistance
The person who helped me at the eyewear shop was really nice and patient. They helped me pick out the perfect glasses, even though I couldn't make up my mind right away. They showed me lots of options until I found the ones that looked best on me. They also offered to walk me through the whole buying process and getting the lenses. I wasn't sure about my pupillary distance, but they said they could help me finish the order once I figured that out. I liked how professional and helpful they were, going the extra mile for me as a customer. They really represented the company well.
My new glasses
Oh my gosh, I just got my new glasses and they fit like a dream! They look amazing too. Plus, I can see super clearly with them and they were way cheaper than getting them from the eye doctor. I'm never going back to the old way of getting glasses. Seriously, why wouldn't everyone do this?!?

So I decided to try ordering my contacts online for the first time because I had used up my last pair and really didn't feel like going to see my eye doctor. I gotta tell you about this amazing customer service experience I had recently. So, I wasn't too happy with how things were going when I tried to return my prescription sunglasses and avoid paying extra for the new pair. I was so happy when I got my order early and the delivery updates were bang on. The package was well wrapped and I liked the little surprise of Haribo gummy bears, even though I found them a bit tough. It would be cool if the packaging had a more personal touch to make it feel special. But all in all, I'm happy with what I bought and would definitely think about ordering from them again.
