Colored contacts purchase
I bought some colored contacts from this store and they were honestly the worst. They were super cheap and just not good quality. What I got was totally different from what was shown on the website. I was really let down by this purchase and I wish I hadn't spent my money on those colored contacts. I definitely wouldn't suggest getting anything from this store.

Clothing sizes and descriptions
I recently bought some stuff on the website and I gotta say, it was just okay. The website is pretty tough to figure out when it comes to finding the right size and details about the items. The terms they use are kinda basic and not very helpful, which can be tough for folks like me who fall between sizes, like L to XL. I think having a sizing chart specific to the brand, not just the big names, would really make things better for customers. It would be great if they could include details like the width for jeans and the length for tracksuit bottoms. These little things wouldn't be too hard to add and would make me a lot more confident when ordering from the website.

I recently bought a Burris Scope from Sportsman's Guide and it turned out to be a bit of a bummer with their customer service. When my package showed up, I couldn't grab it because they messed up the whole signature thing. And to top it all off, they told me they were sending the item back and I'd have to place a new order.

I gotta say, I was super impressed with the customer service I got from Charlotte Wendt at this company. Usually, customer service can feel so robotic and impersonal, but Charlotte was different. I really love the colour and style of the bikini I got from this store. It's motivated me to try something different, and it's been a positive experience.
