Recent order disappointment
I'm so fed up with the inconsistent shipping options, eh! Like, why can't they just stick with one reliable courier, ya know? DPD/UPS keeps letting me down, and it's totally ruining what would otherwise be a good shopping time. The products are really great and the prices are fair, but what's the point if my orders keep getting messed up by these crappy delivery services, eh? Pull it together, seriously.
Shoes
At first, my shoes didn't show up, but when I contacted customer service, they sorted it out right away. Big thanks to the staff for their assistance. The shoes were just as good as shown on the website.
Clothing sizes and descriptions
I recently bought some stuff on the website and I gotta say, it was just okay. The website is pretty tough to figure out when it comes to finding the right size and details about the items. The terms they use are kinda basic and not very helpful, which can be tough for folks like me who fall between sizes, like L to XL. I think having a sizing chart specific to the brand, not just the big names, would really make things better for customers. It would be great if they could include details like the width for jeans and the length for tracksuit bottoms. These little things wouldn't be too hard to add and would make me a lot more confident when ordering from the website.
Sports gear
I bought some sports gear online not too long ago, and when it finally got to me, I was pretty happy with what I got. The quality was good, and the prices were fair. But, at first, there was a bit of a mix-up with my order. One thing was missing, and there was something in there that I didn't ask for. Luckily, the folks in customer service were really nice and helped me sort it all out. They gave me a returns label right away and sent me the correct item once I had sent back the extra one they accidentally included.
I bought two pairs of sneakers by mistake
Eh, so here's the deal - I ended up buying two sets of kicks, and when I went to return them, they were all, "Oh sorry, can't quite connect the order number to the label." Like, come on! They're the exact same sneakers! It was a major letdown in terms of customer service, eh.
Quality item, good value, fast delivery, great communication

Lightweight jacket
I ordered a jacket online and had to pay for shipping, but it was totally worth it. The jacket showed up on Sunday and it fits like a glove. It's just what I need for those windy days.
