Lost parcel issue
Sorry, but my shopping experience lately was the worst. My parcel got lost, and when I tried to sort it out, the customer service people were not helpful at all. They didn't care and didn't do their job properly. It was super stressful and annoying dealing with them.
Affordable branded items
So I was at this store and I got some branded stuff, gotta say I was pretty happy with it. Prices were good, saved me a bunch of cash compared to other places. Got my delivery quick, even though there was a little fee, it was worth it to save the hassle. Overall, super satisfied with what I got and for sure gonna come back for more shopping in the future.
Gifts for family
I've been using this website to buy gifts for my grandkids and adult kids. The stuff always arrives on time and is good quality, plus it's not too expensive.
Karimor walking shoes and Puma trainers
The website was so easy to use, eh, and my order came super fast. The prices were good, and those Karimor walking shoes and Puma trainers were really comfy, eh! I've had Karimor waterproof walking shoes in the past, and they were awesome, so I knew these would be great too, eh.
Recent order disappointment
I'm so fed up with the inconsistent shipping options, eh! Like, why can't they just stick with one reliable courier, ya know? DPD/UPS keeps letting me down, and it's totally ruining what would otherwise be a good shopping time. I bought something from an online sports store not too long ago and let me tell you, I was quite impressed with what they had to offer and their prices. Returned trainers
I had a really disappointing experience with the customer service at this store. It felt like I was talking to a robot, not a real person. Every time I contacted them, I had to repeat the same information over and over, even though I had already given it before. Finally, after a lot of back-and-forth, they agreed to take back the trainers I bought. So, I sent them back at my own cost, but then they sent them back to me, saying I was late in returning them. They didn't explain why they changed their minds, and they just closed the case without saying why. I really regret dealing with their customer service and I would warn others to be careful when buying from them.
Astro turf football boots for grandson with autism
I just bought my grandson a pair of astro turf football boots because he plays soccer and needs good ankle support. These were the ones he wanted, and they fit perfectly. The store had a great selection, and the staff was really helpful in finding the right pair for us. I'm pleased with the purchase.

I recently bought some stuff on the website and I gotta say, it was just okay. The website is pretty tough to figure out when it comes to finding the right size and details about the items. The terms they use are kinda basic and not very helpful, which can be tough for folks like me who fall between sizes, like L to XL. I think having a sizing chart specific to the brand, not just the big names, would really make things better for customers. It would be great if they could include details like the width for jeans and the length for tracksuit bottoms. These little things wouldn't be too hard to add and would make me a lot more confident when ordering from the website.

Incorrect size issue

They also quickly gave me a refund for the item that was out of stock. I was really impressed by their amazing customer service. It was like the good old days when customer service was top-notch. I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with my recent online purchase from this store. I went to two different stores but couldn't find what I was looking for, so I had to order online. The delivery charge of £4.99 seemed pretty steep, especially since I had to order different sizes to get the right fit. But what really got to me was the extra £4.99 charge for returning items that didn't fit. In the end, I had to pay a total of £9.99 for delivery, which I think is just way too much.
