At first, my shoes didn't show up, but when I contacted customer service, they sorted it out right away. Big thanks to the staff for their assistance. The shoes were just as good as shown on the website.

I bought a motherboard from an online store that was supposed to be problem-free, but it arrived with bent pins. When I asked for a return, they said it was damaged during shipping and refused. I was really annoyed and let down by their customer service and quality control.

I just bought some really great stuff from this company and let me tell you, I am seriously impressed. The stuff I got was top quality and the customer service was amazing. I had a little problem with some of my order and the person I talked to was so understanding and helpful. They fixed everything quickly and made sure I was totally happy with my purchase. I've liked this company for a while now, but the outstanding service I got this time has definitely made me a loyal fan. I'll keep supporting them and telling others to do the same.
