Online PC parts
As a customer at this online store, I just have to say I don't get why some people are giving low ratings. For me, I've always had amazing service here. The prices are really good, it's hard to find a reason to go somewhere else for PC parts. Normally I try to shop local, but this online store has become my go-to for buying PC components in Canada. I think some folks might be mixing up this Canadian company with the one in the US, or maybe they're accidentally buying from the marketplace. I had a bad experience there once, got a fake WD SSD and was worried about shopping online again. But the customer service team was quick to help, gave me a return label and a full refund, showing they really care about making customers happy.
Graphics card purchase
Newegg might be getting some negative reviews because of third party sellers, but I've been a loyal customer for over ten years and have never had any issues. I always make sure to buy directly from Newegg to avoid any potential problems. I've bought all sorts of things from them including PC parts like drives, graphics cards, CPUs, RAM, motherboards, fans, cables, adapters, hard drives, and WiFi routers, and I've always been happy with what I got. I've spent a lot of money over the years with Newegg and they've never disappointed me. Right now, I'm looking to get a new graphics card and Newegg is where I'll go for the best options.

I ordered a computer monitor from this website and I was pleasantly surprised by the prices. Even though the monitor didn't come directly from the website, it arrived in good condition and matched the description. Shipping was pretty quick and I didn't have any problems with the product. The only thing is that customer service took a bit long to respond, but they were helpful once I finally got in touch. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase and would definitely think about shopping on this site again.

I bought a new graphics card not too long ago, eh, and it was giving me some trouble, eh. So, I decided to chat with the support team for some help, and they got back to me pretty fast, eh. I used to really like shopping on Newegg because they had a lot of stuff to choose from and my orders always came super fast. But then, I saw this computer monitor that I wanted to buy. When I checked the prices, I realized that Newegg was charging way more for the same monitor than other stores. It was a letdown and now I'm not sure if I want to keep shopping on their site.

This website has a good variety of products, but I was kinda let down by the fact that there's no French language support. It's frustrating trying to use a website when you can't understand what's being said. I know English is super common, but it would be nice if they offered options for other languages too.
Motherboard, CPU, and RAM purchase
I ordered a motherboard, CPU, and RAM from Newegg. I got the motherboard and CPU, but Purolator left the box outside in the snow for 3 hours before telling me about the delivery, so it got all wet. The RAM has been just sitting in the warehouse for 7 days without being sent out, so I can't finish building my PC. I called customer support and talked to Amanda, who was really nice and helped me out with my issues about Purolator and quickly got a replacement order on the way.

Hey folks, just a heads up about this website where I got this awesome graphics card. Seems like they might be deleting negative reviews, which is kinda sketchy. A bunch of one-star reviews have magically disappeared, and I even wrote two reviews that never showed up, even after waiting two months! Feels like they only want positive feedback to be visible, and anything critical gets hidden. Not really fair in my opinion, pretty shady if you ask me.

I've been buying stuff from that online tech store for a long time now, ever since they started in Canada. I've never had any big problems with my orders, and I've even gotten discounts on stuff that went on sale right after I bought it by contacting customer service. The only small downside I've seen is that their prices aren't always the best, but you just gotta shop around and see what other stores are offering.

Laptop replacement experience
I recently bought a laptop from an online store and had some issues with backlight bleeding. Newegg.ca agreed to return the laptop at first, but later said they couldn't replace it because they didn't have it in stock. Then they put the same laptop back on their website at a much higher price. I tried reaching out to their customer service, even supervisors, but didn't get a good solution. I ordered a bunch of computer stuff that cost a fortune, but the delivery guy just dumped it outside my place and someone swiped it. And now the delivery company and Newegg are no help at all.

I got a gift card for Christmas and I was excited to buy some cool stuff on this site. I live pretty far away, but seriously, $84 for shipping on a small item? I'll just use my gift card, but I'm definitely going to let all my friends know about this.
Recent order split into 3 shipments
The call center staff over at Newegg are so frustrating, eh. My recent order was a huge hassle, eh. Spent forever on the phone with support trying to figure out where my stuff was. Finally got some tracking numbers for 3 out of 4 items, but that 4th one is still a mystery. Can you believe it's been 2 days and it's still stuck in "packaging"? Like, seriously, how long does it take to wrap up a package, eh? The lack of organization is getting on my nerves, eh. And to top it all off, the supervisor I talked to, Andrea, straight up hung up on me after saying they'd transfer me to someone else. It took a bunch of calls and hours on hold before I finally got some answers and tracking numbers for all my stuff. Just hoping it all gets here soon, eh.
Recent network switch purchase
I recently bought a network switch for a project I'm working on and needed it really quick, so I chose faster shipping. But when I checked the tracking info, I saw that it was going to take longer than I thought. I called customer service and they said they only do ground shipping. They ended up refunding my shipping cost even though I didn't ask, which seemed strange. I asked for a rush replacement with faster shipping but they said no. I also asked about getting compensated for any penalties I might face because of the delay, but they only offered a small amount. I was expecting better service and more flexibility from Newegg in this situation.
$2000 computer purchase
I recently bought a $2000 computer from Newegg.ca and unfortunately, it crapped out after just two months. When I reached out to customer service, they told me I had to deal with the manufacturer directly for any fixes. The manufacturer, who's in another country, wanted me to cough up the cash for shipping to and from their place for the repair. They also suggested I insure the shipment in case anything happened during transit. This whole lack of care and service is super disappointing, especially since I dropped a lot of cash on this computer. I asked for a refund instead, but the manufacturer wasn't willing to budge. This whole ordeal has left me feeling frustrated and unsatisfied with both Newegg.ca and the manufacturer. I definitely wouldn't recommend them to other Canadians.
CPU Purchase
Just bought a new CPU for my Mac and found out it's the wrong one. I contacted their chat support to try and get a refund or exchange, but they were so unhelpful! Now I have to sell it online and end up losing money. I definitely won't be using their site again!
HDMI to mini display port cable
I bought a HDMI to mini display port cable from Newegg not too long ago and it ended up not working properly. When I tried to contact customer service about getting a refund, it was tough because of language issues and they even asked for video proof of the problem which seemed unreasonable. It was really frustrating and disappointing to deal with the lack of understanding and cooperation.
