I recently ordered some custom picture frames from this store, but I wasn't completely happy with how things turned out. The first order took longer to arrive than I expected, so I had to make a second call to follow up. When the frames finally did arrive, one was missing back clips and another had cracked plexiglass. On top of that, two orders of accessories were missing, which made things even more frustrating. I sent an email and got a quick response, and the missing accessories were sent out right away. However, the clips were too small to properly hold the art and foam board in place. When I asked about this, they just suggested putting them in at an angle, which didn't fix the problem. Plus, the wire that was supposed to be included based on the online photo wasn't there either, and they said it was because of the frame size, even though they were just two feet by three feet. Overall, I was disappointed with the quality of the frames and accessories I received.

I got a gift card for Christmas and I was excited to buy some cool stuff on this site. I live pretty far away, but seriously, $84 for shipping on a small item? I'll just use my gift card, but I'm definitely going to let all my friends know about this.

I've been a loyal customer of this platform for a bunch of years now and never had any big problems until now. Lately, I ran into a real issue with tax calculations on my store that has cost my business a lot of money. Even after contacting customer support, I was told that a tier 2 agent would have to look into and fix the issue, but that could take up to three days. Waiting that long would mean even more financial losses for my business, and that just won't cut it. It's really disheartening to see the drop in customer service quality from this platform.
