    I had to get in touch with customer service because something was wrong with a thing I bought a few months ago. I sent them some pictures and explained what was going on, and UncommonGoods got back to me right away and sent me a new one. I was really happy with how fast and helpful their customer service was.

    Small business banner

    I just got a banner for my little business and I'm so pleased with how it turned out. It was delivered on time, nicely packaged, and there were no issues with shipping. The banner is even better than I expected - it's light, looks really professional, and the printing/font is top-notch. I'm really impressed with the quality and would totally suggest it to others. I'll definitely be coming back for more stuff for my business.

    Long-time customer, top package

    I've been with them for over ten years now, and I'm on their top-tier package. But honestly, I haven't noticed any improvements over the years, and to be honest, I'm pretty disappointed with their outdated cart system. They recently introduced this "archiving" thing without testing it properly, and it's causing a bunch of problems. And don't even get me started on their customer support - it's basically non-existent.

    Ordered capris, size mix-up

    So I ordered some new capris 'cause I needed new ones for the summer, but when they arrived, they were like SO small! I ordered a size 30, but they were marked XS. Like, seriously, how is that even close? They were basically made for a baby or something. I was so disappointed when I tried them on and they didn't fit at all. Not cool, man.

    My printer malfunctioned

    My printer was working just fine. All the colours were vibrant, and there were no signs of low ink apart from the software gauge. I was so close to printing out a super important document, only 10 pages away. I tried taking out the cartridge, blowing on it, restarting - but nothing worked. Turns out, a firmware was blocking any print attempts. I'm surprised Brother would do this, I thought only HP or Canon did this kind of thing. What's really got me is that I always told everyone in my circle to go for Brother when buying a printer, because they didn't push you to buy new cartridges when the ink was running low. I'm really let down by my new printer.

    Misleading discounts

    I made the mistake of assuming that the online and in-store discounts would be the same, but boy was I wrong. After buying some items online and then going into the store to return some and buy more, I found out that the discounts were different. To add to that, when I reached out to customer service about the issue, they weren't helpful at all. I felt like they were trying to confuse me! It's frustrating to hear that nothing can be changed when it's obvious that I paid too much in the store.

    Hair dye and shampoo

    I went to the store the other day to get some hair dye and shampoo, but I ran into a problem. The staff didn't want to sell me the product because they said it had the wrong discount sticker on it. The customer service was terrible, the staff didn't really care and were no help at all.
