Gorgeous sweaters and accessories
I had such a great time at the store last Friday! Sheila was amazing - she went out of her way to help me find some beautiful sweaters and accessories. Even though it had been a bit since my last visit, Sheila made me feel right at home and really showed how much she cares about the customers. She's a fantastic representative for the store and I can't wait to go back again soon.
Online purchase return policy
I had a really bad time dealing with the return policy for my online shopping recently. I was so annoyed to find out that they won't give refunds for jewelry bought online because of so-called "sanitary reasons." I mean, seriously? It sounds ridiculous to me that they wouldn't take back a brand new, unworn plastic necklace just because of that. And on top of that, I was even more upset to only find out about this weird policy after I had already made my purchase, instead of them telling me about it before I checked out.
Online shopping experience
My online shopping experience was okay. It actually took longer than I thought for my stuff to show up - about 3 weeks in total. But when I had to contact customer service because of a missing item, they got back to me quickly and helped sort everything out.
Casual summer dresses for work
As a customer of this retailer, I gotta say, I've noticed the quality of their stuff is kinda lacking. They're selling cheap, outdated clothes, trying to pass them off as trendy and fashionable. It's like they're totally missing the mark when it comes to modern style and what's hot right now. And don't even get me started on their sizing inclusivity claims - it doesn't seem to match up with the reality of their clothing designs. They're all about promoting those unrealistic body standards instead of actually catering to different body types.
New clothes, easy returns
Shopping online was a breeze, eh? Got my new clothes in a jiffy! The quality is top-notch and I'm loving all my new stuff. And returning items that don't fit? No sweat at all!
Online Order Issue
I recently ordered something online and it still hasn't shown up, even after I tried contacting them a bunch of times. They haven't given me any money back or fixed the problem. It's super annoying to be completely ignored by customer service. It's just not right.
Bought some clothes
So I ordered some clothes online and needed to send an email because I had a question. The person in customer service just completely ghosted me. They said to go to the store, but when I went there, they said to email! A whole week went by before they finally sent another email asking me to rate how they fixed my issue. But they didn't fix anything! And then they didn't even respond to that email either! Like, come on? Absolutely terrible customer service. I'm so dissatisfied.
4 item purchase
I just bought 4 things not long ago, eh. But then, a couple of days later, 2 of those items were on sale, can you believe it? So, I phoned customer service about it, and guess what? They wouldn't give me the lower price, eh. Pretty annoying, eh? And this all happened over a long weekend too, eh. I think I'll take my business elsewhere from now on.
Recent Hyba Urban capris purchase
So, I bought these Hyba Urban capris, eh? And let me tell you, I was pretty bummed when I found out they had two slit pockets with a zipper - not a huge fan. When I sit down, they stick out in a way that just ain't flattering, you know? They used to have these super nice straight leg pants that I loved, but now they've only got slim leg options which I'm not a huge fan of. It's frustrating when companies go changing things that their customers used to love. The quality of the Hyba line used to be top-notch, but now it's looking kind of cheap and not as appealing. I used to drop some serious cash on Hyba gear, but now I'm feeling a bit hesitant to make any new purchases.
Bought jeans and a t-shirt
The folks over there told me I could bring back the stuff, but when I went back, they changed their minds. Like, what's the deal with that? I even went out of my way to go back to the mall for nothing!
First and last purchase
I'm so annoyed with the lack of response from customer service. It's just not cool to be left hanging after asking for help. If this is how they treat their customers, then I won't be coming back.
Wasted time and money on poor quality clothing
Oh man, my experience at that store was just awful. The clothes were total garbage and the customer service was the absolute worst. I wouldn't even tell my worst enemy to shop there. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else to save yourself some time and money.
Misleading discounts
I made the mistake of assuming that the online and in-store discounts would be the same, but boy was I wrong. After buying some items online and then going into the store to return some and buy more, I found out that the discounts were different. To add to that, when I reached out to customer service about the issue, they weren't helpful at all. I felt like they were trying to confuse me! It's frustrating to hear that nothing can be changed when it's obvious that I paid too much in the store.
Dress ordered with free home delivery
I went to the Carrefour Angrignon store in Montreal recently and had a really great experience. The sales rep there was super helpful and helped me order a dress that wasn't available in-store, with free delivery right to my home. The whole process was easy and smooth, and the service was friendly and made me feel valued as a customer. Plus, the price of the dress was really good, especially when compared to other stores. The package arrived quickly, in just two days (not including Sunday), and the dress fit perfectly.
I've been a customer of this brand since the 80s and have always loved the quality and style of their products. I really miss their cute "ensemble" with the skirt and top and hope they bring it back soon.T-shirt purchase
I went to the store and totally got ignored by the staff. No hello or help at all. I ended up trying on a few things by myself and finally settled on a t-shirt. But when I got to the checkout, they insisted I had to buy 2, even though they only had one in my size. The girl working the cash was not very nice and just shrugged when I pointed it out. It was just a terrible experience with awful service. Funny enough, I could've bought the same t-shirt online as a single item.
2 shirts online
So, I recently made this mistake of ordering 2 shirts online and let me tell you, it was a complete nightmare. Like, I got the confirmation for my order and everything, right? And then I was like waiting and waiting for the delivery notice, but it never showed up. I waited for weeks, but those shirts just never arrived. So finally I was just like, you know what? I gotta do something about this. So, I went down to the Post Office to see what’s up. But like, they couldn’t help me at all. So frustrating, right? I was out $50, man. So then I called the company's customer service, thinking they'd help me out. But nope, they just straight up refused to give me a refund. Like, how rude is that? They gotta show more care for their customers, seriously. So, fair warning - don’t ever buy from this company online, okay?
Job Application Scam
It's super important to watch out for those job scams and shady activities that try to pass themselves off as the real deal. I actually had a close call with one not too long ago. Got an email about a job interview at this company, and it seemed all legit at first. But then things started to get fishy when they asked me to send my personal and financial deets to some sketchy email address. Trust your gut and make sure to double-check any requests for sensitive info. Long story short, I caught on just in time and reported it to the authorities to stop any more trouble.
In-store experience
My partner and I popped by the store in Woodstock last night, hoping to snag some new clothes. Even though we were the only ones there, the employees totally ghosted us. We strolled around, trying to catch their eye, but no luck. It's a bummer to feel like you're invisible and not wanted in a place that's supposed to be all about good customer service. If only they knew that the only color that matters in retail is green - money. Their lack of attention really highlights a lack of training and management. As a young millennial, this whole ordeal didn't leave a great taste in my mouth and doesn't give me any reason to come back.
