You'd think a big name like them would have their stuff together when it comes to keeping track of what they have in store. It was annoying as a customer to deal with this, especially since they're all about their good name and how everyone loves them.

I really love my dark burgundy pillow cases! This is my second time ordering from this company and I've been super happy with both orders. The pillow cases are so soft and they stay cool all night long, so I don't need to keep flipping my pillow to find the cool side. The first set of pillow cases I got was white and they lasted me a good 2 years, even though I tossed them in the washer on cold and accidentally dried them. The dark burgundy color of my second set is gorgeous and they still look brand new after almost a year of use. I also got some hair scrunchies from the website and they are amazing too. They're gentle on my hair and don't pull when I take them out. Ordering directly from the company's website was great and my order came really quickly. I'll definitely be buying from them again in the future.

My Traeger Ironwood 650 totally crapped out on me mid-cook, lemme tell ya, it was a real bummer. I had the fam coming over and everything! Only had it for a week when it just died on me and honestly, for the price I paid, that ain't cool. Support said it was the power switch's fault, which just tells me the quality ain't what it should be. I wouldn't suggest this product to anyone after this mess.
