Shoes order
I recently ordered some shoes on April 23rd, and I had them sent to my address in EU Amsterdam. But I gotta say, my experience with your brand was really disappointing. I only got a text message confirming my order because there were some technical problems with the email system. I waited two weeks, and then when I tried to check on my order through the chat system, all it said was that there was no record of it. Now I'm not sure what's going on with my order, and I'm thinking about getting a refund from my credit card company. I'm pretty unhappy with how your company hasn't been very good about keeping me in the loop. I'm not too sure if I'll be buying from you again in the future.
New kicks
So I ordered these really cool shoes from this website, but then things started to get a bit strange. I never received a confirmation email and the payment showed up all funky in my bank account. Big yikes for sure. Fortunately, I was able to get my money back, but gosh, that whole situation was sketchy.
Wrong size purchase
I ordered something online and unfortunately got the wrong size. I tried to contact them through emails and voicemails but got no response at all. I think it's pretty bad customer service, especially for just exchanging a product. I've seen other people with the same problem in their reviews, so it seems like a common issue for them. This whole thing left a bad impression on me, so I wouldn't recommend shopping there to anyone.
Shoe size exchange
I had a not-so-great experience with the customer service at this store. I ordered a pair of shoes in the wrong size by mistake and tried to get in touch with them right away to fix it. But when I emailed them, I got no response at all. I even left a voicemail and still heard nothing back. Now, it looks like the wrong size shoes have already been sent out, and I'm feeling pretty frustrated and let down.
$5 necklace
I ordered this necklace thinking it was going to be really cool and trendy, but it turned out to be a complete fake! I waited forever for it to arrive in the mail, and when it finally did, I was so let down. It was cheap and looked nothing like the photo online. I should have realized it was a scam from China.
Cool shoes
I just got these amazing shoes and they came really fast! I love them, they're super comfortable and look great with all my clothes. I can't wait to rock them at school!
Shoes
I bought a pair of shoes from this store not long ago, and let me tell you, it was a total nightmare. The customer service was seriously lacking - I tried to return the shoes on their website, but ran into a bunch of issues. The only way to get a return processed was through an RMA, but every email I sent got bounced back, making it impossible to contact them. Dealing with a company that can't even offer decent customer service and a straightforward return process is beyond frustrating. Needless to say, I won't be shopping there again.
International purchase experience
Buying from Etnies as an international customer has become a real pain since they moved to the Netherlands. Shipping is a hassle and costs a fortune, especially for us in the UK. Returning items is also a headache and expensive, making the whole shopping experience with Etnies a big headache. Using UPS for delivery just makes things worse. Luckily, there are many other shoe brands in the UK that offer a smoother shopping process without all this hassle. I really hope Etnies thinks about coming back to the UK to make it easier for us customers to buy from them.
Too Big Shoes
Oh my gosh, I ordered these shoes online thinking they would fit me, but when they arrived, they were soooooo big! And when I tried to return them, they expected me to pay for it! Like, seriously, who does that?!
3 pairs of shoes
I bought 3 pairs of shoes from this store not long ago. Sadly, one pair had to be returned because they were out of stock. But it's been more than a week since I ordered them, and the other 2 pairs haven't even been shipped yet. When I reached out to customer service to ask about the delay, they gave me a weird response about a return request I never asked for. It's really frustrating and I'm pretty let down with the service from this company.
Online purchase of skate shoes
I just bought some skate shoes online from this website. Didn't go too well, to be honest. They ended up charging me in American dollars even though they said they were Canadian. Plus, the package looked like it was sent from the States and had a name from Asia on it. I never got my shoes, and even though the tracking said it was delivered, I never found it anywhere. I feel like I got ripped off and I'm annoyed at how sketchy and fake everything seemed.
Skate shoes
I just bought a pair of skate shoes from this company and I gotta say, I'm super happy with them! They're not only super comfy but also really tough. I've been wearing them for hours on end and I haven't felt any pain or discomfort at all. The materials they used are top of the line, with really good quality suede and canvas that's even better than brands like Vans.
Double-charged, no shoes delivered
What a complete joke! So I ordered a pair of shoes and got charged twice, then I get an email saying my order was delivered when it hadn't even left the warehouse. Like, I can't believe this scam! Just do yourself a favor and don't waste your money at this place.
Purchased shoes, had to return due to wrong fit
I bought a pair of shoes from your store but had to return them because they were too big. I was kinda bummed about the sizing because I got my usual size but they were way too large. The shoes were really good quality and I loved the style though. My main problem was with the return process - I had to send them all the way to the Netherlands and it cost me a lot. If there was a UK address for returns, I would have been much happier with everything.

Don't even bother ordering from this company, eh. Took forever for my stuff to arrive, and when it finally did, the shoes were garbage. Plus, they sneak in extra charges when you try to return something. Their customer service is useless, and their rules are just gross, honestly. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.
Shoes order size issue
I just ordered two pairs of shoes online in size 11 UK, but then I found out that the mobile site changed it to US sizes. I was worried at first, but the company's customer service was amazing! They fixed the website error right away, sent me a returns label since the shoes had already been sent out, and quickly sent me the right size shoes. I was really impressed by how fast and hassle-free they handled everything.
Winter boots
I bought some winter boots here, but they didn't fit right. When I went to return them, I found out they have a sketchy return policy. They wouldn't take them back because of a bit of dirt on the soles, which is totally unfair. I tried talking to customer service a bunch of times to fix it, but all I got was automated responses. It's really annoying when a company doesn't follow the rules and makes it hard for customers to return stuff. I wouldn't suggest ordering from this place.

I bought a pair of shoes from the vegan range and boy, was I let down. The first time I ordered, it took forever for the delivery to show up and they hardly communicated with me at all. I figured it was a one-time thing, so I thought I'd give them another shot. But when the shoes finally arrived, the label said they were only part-leather, not fully vegan like they claimed. Not only was returning them a pain in the butt and expensive, but the lack of communication just made the whole ordeal even more frustrating. After this second letdown, I've decided I'm never shopping here again.
